Mine Healthcare Services provides outpatient mental health care for children, adolescents, and adults who meet program eligibility requirements. Our qualified behavioral health professionals use person-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive approaches to help individuals and families address emotional, behavioral, and psychological concerns.
Services are based on each participant’s assessed needs and individualized treatment plan. When clinically appropriate and permitted, care may include coordination with parents or guardians, family members, primary care providers, schools, and other supports identified by the participant.
Our outpatient treatment program begins with referral, screening, and an assessment of the participant’s needs, strengths, preferences, and goals. When services are appropriate, the participant and clinical team develop an individualized treatment plan that identifies recommended services, treatment goals, and the anticipated frequency of care.
We review progress periodically, and treatment recommendations may be adjusted as needs change. If a different service or level of care is more appropriate, our team will discuss referral options with the participant and, when applicable, the parent or legal guardian.
Contact Mine Healthcare Services to ask about eligibility, referral requirements, appointment availability, accepted insurance, and current service locations. Our team will explain the intake process and help determine whether MHS services may be appropriate for you or your family member.
Submitting a referral or contacting MHS does not guarantee admission. Services are subject to clinical appropriateness, informed consent, program capacity, payer authorization when applicable, and other program requirements.
