Our Outpatient Mental Health Center (OMHC) is a full-service clinic dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health care for youth ages 5–17 and adults ages 18–55. We offer home-based, school-based, and onsite therapy services, including individual, family, and group counseling.

Our Outpatient Treatment Program

Our outpatient treatment program offers a structured approach to mental health care through professional evaluation, therapy services, and ongoing support.

Comprehensive Assessment

Our experienced assessment team conducts thorough evaluations to understand each individual's unique challenges, including symptoms, past experiences, and behavioral patterns. Based on this information, our clinical team develops a personalized treatment plan tailored to each person’s needs.

Individual and Family Therapy

Our therapy programs combine cognitive and behavioral therapy approaches with practical skill-building strategies. These evidence-based methods help individuals develop healthier coping mechanisms, strengthen relationships, and improve emotional well-being. Family therapy sessions are also available to support stronger communication and understanding among family members.

Group Therapy

Group therapy sessions are led by certified clinicians and provide a supportive environment where individuals can share experiences, discuss challenges, and learn effective coping strategies. These sessions also help participants build peer relationships and a sense of community support.

Medication Management

When medication is recommended as part of treatment, our psychiatric providers carefully evaluate each case to determine the most effective and well-tolerated option. Medication management is provided alongside therapy to support overall treatment success.
