Our Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program - (PRP) is designed to support adults and children in the public mental health system to be able to choose, obtain, and maintain within the community and to make decisions and career changes.

 

It is intended to enhance individuals’ natural support. Services are provided in a flexible manner to support individuals’ PRP plans throughout the services.

 

Services will include, but not limited to; ongoing assessment and planning, skill development, self-care, nutrition, age-appropriate mastery of personal care planning, organization, and social skills association, with individuals and when appropriate their families and natural supports.

 

Services will include PRP training as needed, marketing to industries in the community, and referrals for services individuals’ need which are not provided by this program.
